Account Manager Antwerp/Limburg/Flemish Brabant

Novellas Healthcare helps life sciences professionals find roles where they can put their expertise to work. For a client active in medical devices, we are looking for an Account Manager covering Antwerp, Limburg and part of Flemish Brabant. You will join an organisation where customer relationships and professional support for healthcare providers are central to its work.

Vacancy information

You will combine business development with technical support in the operating room. You will approach prospective customers, visit existing customers in hospitals and private practices, and build lasting professional relationships. You will introduce users to the product portfolio and support them in its use.

Key responsibilities

· Acquire new customers in Antwerp, Limburg and part of Flemish Brabant and develop existing customer relationships.

· Present the product portfolio, train users and provide technical product advice in the operating theatre.

· Monitor consignment stock in hospitals and align product availability with customer needs.

· Follow up on orders, delivery times, complaints and customer satisfaction.

· Negotiate quotations, prices and sales terms with customers and close sales agreements.

· Attend national and international congresses and training courses, and contribute to the commercial and marketing strategy.

· Report on your activities and results to the General Manager.

Requirements information

· You speak fluent Dutch and have a basic knowledge of French.

· You are motivated, results focused and commercially minded. You negotiate confidently and enjoy closing a sale.

· You are approachable and flexible, and can manage your customers and territory independently.

· You live within your territory: Antwerp, Limburg or the relevant part of Flemish Brabant.
