About the Company:

We are a leading pharmaceutical organization dedicated to providing innovative solutions in the field of Obstructive Sleep Apnea. As we prepare to launch a new indication, we are seeking an experienced Hospital Sales Rep to join our team and drive the success of our products.

Role and Responsibilities:

You will play a crucial role in promoting our products and building strong relationships with pneumologists, neurologists, dermatologists, gastroenterologists, paediatricians, psychiatrists and hospital pharmacists. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Drive sales force effectiveness
  • Informing your target group about products in your portfolio
  • Building and maintaining your own network;
  • Achieving the commercial objectives;
  • Audience visits based on the account plan;
  • Organise meetings for the target group;
  • Representing the organization at symposia and congresses;
  • Actively collaborate with colleagues within the company;
  • Preparing, giving and following up on group presentations;
  • Co-devise, set up and execute medical, marketing and sales projects to increase market share development and customer satisfaction;
  • Reporting visits in a CRM system

Requirements information

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Hold at least a bachelor's degree.
  • Showcase experience in managing key accounts and Decision Making Units.
  • Fluent in French and possess a good knowledge of English 
  • Existing network with specialists is required
  • Team player with a customer-oriented attitude
  • Driven Personality
  • Monitoring deadlines
  • Project management skills
