Our client is a  small innovative growing pharmaceutical organization dedicated to providing innovative solutions in different therapeutic area’s such as immunology/allergology, neurology and gastro-enterology. The company promotes autonomy and a sense of responsibility at the same time as interaction, thus allowing each co-worker to fully flourish

For the region of Liège/Namur/Luxembourg we are seeking an experienced individual who can work assertively & independently to join their team and drive the success of the company’s  products.

Role and Responsibilities:

You are responsible of the pre-launch of a new indication in the field of Obstructive Sleep Apnea. Also, you are responsible for building strong relationships with pneumologists, neurologists, dermatologists , pediatricians, ear-nose-throat specialists, some psychiatrists and hospital pharmacists. You will also play a crucial role in promoting also the more mature products as they are very important for the company’s turnover! 

  • Drive sales force effectiveness
  • Informing your target group about products in your portfolio
  • Building and maintaining your own network;
  • Achieving the commercial objectives;
  • Audience visits based on the account plan;
  • Organise meetings for the target group;
  • Representing the organization at symposia and congresses;
  • Actively collaborate with colleagues within the company;
  • Preparing, giving and following up on group presentations;
  • Co-devise, set up and execute medical and sales projects to increase market share development and customer satisfaction;
  • Reporting visits in a CRM system

Requirements information

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Hold at least a bachelor's degree.
  • Showcase experience in managing key accounts and Decision Making Units.
  • Fluent in French and possess a good knowledge of English 
  • Existing network with specialists is a plus
  • Team player with a customer-oriented attitude
  • Driven Personality
  • Monitoring deadlines
  • Project management skills
