For one of our clients, an innovative company offering digital solutions to pharmaceutical businesses to support their commercial strategies, we are looking for a passionate Virtual Key Account Manager.

What will you do?

As a Virtual Key Account Manager, you are the link between innovative solutions and the medical world. Your mission? Inspire and support doctors and specialists in their work. This function revolves around 100% remote working (40% Flanders and 60% Wallonia).

Your responsibilities at a glance:

Product Presentation & Information:

  • Inform doctors about medications, including their mechanism, benefits, and side effects.
  • Highlight new treatments or innovations.
  • Answer medical questions and collaborate to find the best patient solutions.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors and specialists.
  • Gather feedback on healthcare providers’ experiences with the products.

Sales & Objectives:

  • Achieve sales and market share goals.
  • Convince doctors of the added value of specific medicines or products.

Market Analysis & Strategy:

  • Monitor and analyze healthcare trends.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and provide feedback to marketing and development teams.

Training & Expertise:

  • Stay up to date with new medical developments.
  • Share scientific knowledge with doctors and specialists.

Reporting & Administration:

  • Plan, report, and record visits in CRM software.

Events:

  • Participate in medical congresses and workshops.
  • Organize information sessions for healthcare professionals.

Requirements information

What do you bring?

  • At least 2 years of experience in medical/hospital sales.
  • Bilingual NL - FR.
  • A scientific background or degree is a plus.
  • Strong soft skills, including proactivity, excellent communication skills, and team spirit.
  • A passion for learning and developing yourself in an innovative environment.
