We are currently recruiting a Territory Manager Vision Care for the region Brussels / Wallonia /  GD Luxembourg.

Implement the agreed call plans to achieve the quarterly target

Implementation of customer prioritization and segmentation

Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets

Accurate and timely update of CRM with appropriate sales activities

Demonstrate product and brand presentation knowledge 

Report accurate competitor activity on a monthly basis 

Perform regular business reviews, focusing on sales, activity and profitability

Identify growth opportunities within the territory 

Implement the Key Account Manager call objectives

Support an environment of enthusiasm and drive 

Attend evening and weekend meetings when required

Act as a role model within the EMEA Sales Team

Requirements information

Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience) 

Strong sales experience, with a proven track record

Experience in optical/FMCG/health care industry/ophthalmology

Excellent, written and verbal communication skills in French. Able to communicate in Dutch and English
