We are currently recruiting a Territory Manager Vision Care for the region Brussels / Wallonia / GD Luxembourg.
• Implement the agreed call plans to achieve the quarterly target
• Implementation of customer prioritization and segmentation
• Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
• Accurate and timely update of CRM with appropriate sales activities
• Demonstrate product and brand presentation knowledge
• Report accurate competitor activity on a monthly basis
• Perform regular business reviews, focusing on sales, activity and profitability
• Identify growth opportunities within the territory
• Implement the Key Account Manager call objectives
• Support an environment of enthusiasm and drive
• Attend evening and weekend meetings when required
• Act as a role model within the EMEA Sales Team
Requirements information
• Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience)
• Strong sales experience, with a proven track record
• Experience in optical/FMCG/health care industry/ophthalmology
• Excellent, written and verbal communication skills in French. Able to communicate in Dutch and English
