We are looking for an experienced Sr. Hospital Sales Representative with a proven background in cardiology. A strong existing network among cardiologists is a key success factor. The ideal candidate already knows the relevant stakeholders in Limburg, Antwerp and Leuven and can create impact quickly in these strategic regions.

As Sr. Hospital Sales Representative Cardiovascular, you will be responsible for a 100% field-based role across Limburg, Antwerp and Leuven. You will visit cardiologists and cardiovascular specialists, build strong professional relationships and lead credible conversations within a specialized hospital environment.

This is a senior hospital sales role with a clear consultative and scientific dimension. You will manage your territory autonomously, plan your visits efficiently and maintain a strong presence in the field. The role requires someone who enjoys being on the road, understands hospital dynamics and is able to create value in every interaction with a specialist.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a 100% field-based territory across Limburg, Antwerp and Leuven.
  • Visiting cardiologists and cardiovascular specialists on a daily basis.
  • Completing approximately four physician visits per day.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships within the cardiology community.
  • Using your existing network to create rapid access to relevant hospital stakeholders.
  • Leading consultative and scientifically relevant discussions with cardiologists.
  • Supporting patient identification by helping specialists recognize the right patient profiles.
  • Communicating therapeutic value in a credible, professional and compliant way.
  • Developing strong relationships with key accounts and high-potential hospitals in the region.
  • Planning and organizing your agenda independently to maximize field impact.
  • Understanding the needs, questions and barriers of specialists in your territory.
  • Sharing relevant field insights with internal stakeholders.
  • Contributing to continued growth and visibility in a competitive specialist-driven market.

This role requires autonomy, maturity and strong field discipline. You must be able to work independently, structure your territory effectively and prioritize the right accounts and stakeholders.

Your profile:

We are looking for a senior hospital sales profile with solid experience in cardiology. The most important requirement is not general pharmaceutical sales experience, but proven experience with cardiologists and a relevant network in the cardiovascular field.

You recognize yourself in the following:

  • You have proven experience as a Sr. Hospital Sales Representative, Hospital Sales Specialist or similar field-based hospital role.
  • You have strong experience in cardiology or cardiovascular specialist care.
  • You have an existing network among cardiologists and cardiovascular hospital stakeholders.
  • You know the cardiology landscape in Limburg, Antwerp and/or Leuven.
  • You understand how to build credibility with hospital specialists.
  • You can discuss scientific and clinical topics in a structured, relevant and engaging way.
  • You are commercially driven, but consultative in your approach.
  • You feel at home in a 100% field-based role.
  • You work autonomously and organize your territory with discipline and focus.
  • You can create fast impact thanks to your experience, network and knowledge of the field.
  • You speak Dutch fluently.
  • You are available for an outsourcing assignment and can commit to a field-intensive role.

Specific experience in cardiomyopathy or heart failure is an advantage, but not mandatory. Strong cardiology experience and an established cardiologist network are the real must-haves.
