Our client's mission and values are clear: to provide quality care to patients. As a hospital representative, you will inform and train (head) nurses and doctors about a range of anesthesia and pain management products, catheters, and infection prevention materials.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong sales relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders within hospitals.
You will be the key player in effectively communicating product information and benefits, exceeding your objectives by providing excellent customer service. In short, this is a dynamic role where you will be the driving force behind the success of the products!
What does the role involve?
- You will represent the company's strategy by working with the product and sales manager to develop an account plan for anesthesia and pain management products, catheters, and infection prevention materials, with the goal of driving ROI and growth.
- You will develop, implement, monitor, and stimulate all sales activities in your assigned area to achieve regional sales and gross profit targets, and create opportunities for business growth.
- You will visit both existing and new clients.
- You will deliver sales-focused product presentations.
- You will manage product tests and samples within the assigned budget.
- You will organize and/or support internal and external activities/events to ensure professional visibility.
- You will provide support with tenders and contracts.
- You will keep the CRM database updated with accurate customer information.
- You will handle potential complaints and/or adverse drug reactions carefully and according to guidelines.
Requirements information
- You have relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a medical or hospital representative.
- Experience with anesthesia and pain management products, catheters, and infection prevention materials is a plus.
- Dutch is your native language, and you have a good command of English and French.
- You are results- and service-oriented, with strong influencing and negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and good presentation and training abilities.
