Vacancy information
You will provide essential office and business support to the Sales, Marketing and Regulatory Affairs teams. This role reports directly to the Sales & Marketing Director Benelux Pharma.
Responsibilities:
- Assist managers and employees with various organizational and communication tasks.
- Support the sales & marketing department with budget tracking, contract management, event coordination.
- Manage marketing materials, translations, and distribution.
- Manage conference room bookings, office material orders, and provide administrative support.
- Handle phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the Benelux team.
- Secure the onboarding process for new personnel.
- Support the Regulatory Affairs Manager in implementing and maintaining regulatory procedures e.g. sample deliveries, transparency declarations and regulatory requests.
- Handle sample management and liaise with representatives and suppliers.
Requirements information
- Proven work experience as an admin assistant in the pharma industry or sales/marketing support.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and team player.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (written/spoken).
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- You are a quick learner and can work autonomously.
