MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurate and timely submission of registration files for RX and OTC medicines in Belgium.
- Follow-up and maintenance of existing registrations
- Keep track of modifications to registrations and follow up on the legislation and regulations in Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Review and submission of promotional material
- Follow up on innovations (possible launches), assess regulatory strategy and timelines
- Occasionally backup for colleagues from the regulatory team.
Requirements information
MINIMAL REQUIREMENTS:
- First experience in Regulatory Affairs or medical/biomedical background
- Fluent in English / Dutch / French
- Strong administrative skills
- Good knowledge of MS office
