As a QA Manager, you ensure that the highest quality standards are met. You conduct analyses, optimize processes, and lead various quality projects. Additionally, you are responsible for certification audits and training employees on quality standards.
Your responsibilities:
- Analyze organizational processes in terms of quality to ensure optimal control and assurance.
- Translate strategy into concrete projects to continuously improve quality standards.
- Prepare, lead, and follow up on audits.
- Ensure accurate data is provided to government authorities.
- Identify bottlenecks and report them to management.
- Develop and maintain ISO procedures and work instructions.
Requirements information
Who are you?
- You have strong analytical skills, work in a highly structured manner, and find the right solution for every challenge.
- You hold at least a bachelor's degree.
- You prioritize quality, work independently, and have experience with ERP systems.
- Finally, you are highly communicative in Dutch/French/English.
