For our client - a growing leader in the Belgian pharmaceutical and healthcare ecosystem, located in the Brussels region – we are looking for a Quality Affairs Manager to join & lead their Quality Assurance Team.

You will be responsible for the Quality Management System, co-steer the quality team and train/coach the operational people. 

Your Role:

  • You are the main contact person for internal and external stakeholders in quality-related activities.
  • You will manage the quality team (2-3 people).
  • You are responsible for the GDP, as well as the GMP activities.
  • You are involved in the release of products according to approved specifications and procedures.
  • You will work with cross-functional internal and external project teams to ensure compliance.
  • You will respond to technical and quality issues and address scheduling and/or process conflicts.
  • You are an integral part of the audit team, both towards suppliers and clients.
  • You set priorities for the team based on the urgency and available resources in light of current corporate priorities.
  • Your aim is to upskill the QA-team as well as the people around you.

Requirements information

  • You have a master’s degree in pharmacy. 
  • QP, RP or RIP certificates are not mandatory but an asset.
  • Native French or Dutch. English working proficiency is a must.
  • You have already a first experience in this field (2-3 years).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, flexible mindset.
  • You like to work in a small, family setting.
