Product Specialist Dermatology (freelance is possible)
For one of our clients, a top 5 pharmaceutical global player, we are looking for a Product Specialist Dermatology.

In this role, you will be responsible for the sales and market share development of a new product for the treatment in the Dermatology market. You will be responsible for the implementation of the strategy in the defined territory, delivering sales messages and projects with our relevant key accounts and key customers. You will act within your region and be responsible for the customized call- & account action plan.
Main responsibilities
- Identify, manage, and influence a customer network (KOL’s, dermatologists and other stakeholders)
- Establish strong professional relationships with key customers and opinion leaders
- Generates execution excellence through sales calls, educational meetings and other tactics
- Communicate product value propositions logically and concisely
- Closely monitors/addresses competitors activities in the market place, shares/generate innovative ideas with his/her manager/team in order to achieve competitive superiority
- Shares information with management and team members; seeks effective ways to deliver customer feedback
- Ensure a consistent cross-functional approach towards customers in line with strategy
- Optimize targeting plans in line with strategic objectives
- Develop/build a tactical plan for your sector and drive execution in collaboration with the cross-functional team
Requirements information
- Min 3 year sales experience in SP environment
- Relevant experience and network within the dermato areas
- Knowledge of business drivers within the pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrates capacity to understand and learn technical and scientific information quickly
- Analytical, able to analyze and draw conclusions from available information/data and translate into actions
- Demonstrated ability to meet customer needs, identifying and addressing customer concerns
- Selling skills, assertiveness to interact effectively with customers - Innovative mindset and creativity - Good working knowledge of English
