Your role:
As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing market share for the ophthalmology portfolio (Rx/OTX/OTC).
You will maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within hospitals and private clinics/practices and ensure frequent visits to ophthalmologists (ophthalmic surgeons), head nurses, purchasing departments, as well as a selection of pharmacists in your region.
Additionally, you will organize scientific meetings and participate in important medical congresses.
Your responsibilities:
- Promote and represent the company to ophthalmologists and pharmacists.
- Develop and implement an effective regional sales plan.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and convince them of the benefits of the company's products.
- Analyze and report sales data, creating action plans to achieve your goals.
Requirements information
Your profile:
- You have a scientific background and at least three years of experience as a medical/hospital representative.
- You live in the Limburg – Antwerp – Flemish Brabant region.
- Experience in ophthalmology and an existing network are strong advantages.
- You speak fluent Dutch. Knowledge of French and English is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A Category B driver's license is required.
