As Product Manager, you play a key role in shaping the success of your product portfolio. You will develop and execute marketing strategies that boost brand visibility, create demand and support commercial performance. You collaborate closely with sales, R&D, supply chain, medical and global marketing teams to bring impactful products to the market.

✨ Key responsibilities

  • Build a strong opportunity pipeline in close collaboration with the sales team
  • Act as commercial partner in the product development and commercialization process
  • Drive the full product lifecycle: market research, product vision, positioning, launch & promotion
  • Define and execute marketing, advertising, communication and promotion plans
  • Monitor competitive landscape and identify market trends
  • Lead brand performance analysis and ROI reporting
  • Brief and manage media agencies according to brand strategy and budget
  • Deliver internal and external presentations and support sales trainings
  • Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
  • Lead and coach your direct reports

Requirements information

🤳 Your professional selfie

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry
  • Proven track record in launching new projects and executing consumer/channel campaigns
  • Customer-centric mindset and strong digital awareness
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Dutch or French speaker (the relevant local market) + fluent in English.
