Vacancy information
- You develop and execute marketing strategies & tactics that support the company's short to medium term growth objectives, and actively support long-term assortment planning for your product portfolio.
- You apply customer knowledge and in-depth knowledge of sales processes to develop value propositions that match customer needs & create tactics (campaigns) with a critical view on return on investment.
- You work with various internal stakeholders, from the supply chain to customer service, the legal department and regional marketing
- You initiate market development activities and are responsible for the launch of new product lines and solutions, in close cooperation with the commercial team.
- You are a strong partner in financial budgeting and forecasting
- You assist and guide other team members in following project management policies and procedures
- You ensure that the processes are followed in accordance with all regulations, such as MDR, FAMHP, etc.
- You apply good judgment to align project actions with business strategy
- You provide product training to sales and applications for existing and new products and concepts in the sports, rehabilitation, hospital and elderly care markets.
Requirements information
- At least five years of experience in marketing, preferably in medical equipment for physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Knowledge of healthcare IT preferred
- Degree in paramedical sciences (e.g. physiotherapy, physical education) and a first marketing experience in healthcare are necessary
- Action-oriented and open-minded, result-oriented and strongly customer-oriented
- Strong analytical skills, with technical marketing insight
- Fluent in Dutch, French & English, written and spoken
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Project management skills
- Experience in omni-channel sales & marketing and a track record in digital marketing integration
- Proven track record in solution selling & cross-functional selling
