🔮 Your Role

For the Brussels Center region (primarily French-speaking, within the Ring), we are looking for a Pharmacy Sales Representative.

You will manage a strategically important region with an extensive and high-quality customer base. This is not a pure prospecting role: the portfolio is already well established and recognized in the market.

Your focus will be on:

  • Further developing existing customer relationships
  • Increasing turnover per client
  • Professionally managing a large and qualitative customer portfolio
  • Ensuring excellent service and follow-up

Your Responsibilities

  • Visiting pharmacies by appointment
  • Structuring and managing an extensive customer portfolio
  • Actively following up on orders
  • Achieving commercial targets (weekly / monthly / quarterly)
  • Professional agenda management and reporting
  • Accurate administrative follow-up
  • Providing fast and adequate responses to customer inquiries
  • Building sustainable long-term relationships

Requirements information

🤳 Your Profile

Must-haves

  • Living in Brussels or the immediate area
  • Excellent command of French (professional level)
  • Experience in field sales (experience in pharma or healthcare is a strong plus)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Customer-oriented and service-minded
  • Motivated with a passion for sales

Strong Assets

  • Scientific or paramedical background (nursing, biomedical sciences, pharmaceutical, etc.)
  • Interest in health products
  • Experience visiting pharmacies
  • Affinity with OTC / consumer health

Personality

  • Commercial mindset, but not a “hard seller”
  • Strong relationship builder (farmer profile)
  • Positive energy and drive
  • Autonomous and disciplined
  • Proactive, fast, and professional communicator
  • Fits within a mature and close-knit team
