About the role:

As a Pharmaceutical Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales results and increasing market share for the promoted products in pharmacies within your region. Your role involves managing both sell-in and sell-out processes. Building strong relationships with key pharmacists, negotiating sales, and training pharmacy staff to enhance product sales are essential components for success in this position.

Your responsibilities:

  • Promote and represent our client’s products to pharmacists in your designated region.
  • Use advanced selling techniques to drive both sell-in and sell-out.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with target pharmacists and pharmacy staff.
  • Create and execute effective business plans to meet sales targets.
  • Analyze performance and take action to maximize sales growth.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to team and company meetings by sharing insights, best practices, and new ideas.

Requirements information

The profile we are looking for:

  • Native Dutch speaker.
  • A strong drive to achieve results.
  • Excellent verbal communication and influencing skills.
  • We prioritize profiles with the right attitude!

  • Service mindset.
  • Sales experience in pharmacies in the region is a plus.
