As a Patient Experience Manager, you will act as a true operational orchestrator within a neurology patient support programme. You will play a key role in managing, optimising, and continuously improving activities, while closely collaborating with various internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to strategic decisions related to the PSP (Patient Support Programme)
  • Manage day-to-day operations and ensure internal tools and materials are kept up to date
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Neuro Brand Team
  • Provide support to field teams and respond to healthcare professionals’ requests
  • Analyse data rigorously to generate meaningful insights
  • Ensure strict compliance with regulations and internal procedures
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and incident resolution
