As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of specialist physicians and pharmacies across Wallonia. Your mission is to drive product adoption through high-impact scientific discussions and strategic relationship building.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily visits to specialist physicians (ophthalmologists & gynecologists)
  • Promote scientifically supported products and ensure strong product understanding
  • Challenge and engage physicians through impactful and personalized discussions
  • Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Ensure product availability and visibility in pharmacies
  • Analyze territory performance and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Organize and participate in professional meetings, events, and congresses
  • Manage administrative follow-up and reporting

Requirements information

  • Scientific background (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical, etc.)
  • Strong interest in combining science with commercial impact
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Analytical and structured mindset
  • Highly organized and autonomous
  • Results-driven with a strong entrepreneurial attitude
  • Comfortable challenging stakeholders and thinking differently
  • First experience in sales or healthcare is a plus
