As a Junior Recruiter for the life sciences industry, you'll play a key role in attracting top talents and helping them join innovative organizations making a difference in healthcare and research.

What will your future job be like?
First, you're part of a team!
- You collaborate closely with our Senior Recruiters to understand job descriptions, required skills, and educational qualifications for roles in the Life Sciences industry (e.g., positions in Sales & Marketing, Clinical, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory & Quality Affairs, and HR).
- You also partner with our Talent Manager to identify and match qualified candidates in our database to the right vacancies using available tools.
- You assist in approaching the right candidates for various roles.
You also screen the market:
- Proactively reaching out to potential candidates to inform them of relevant opportunities.
- Accurately logging candidate interactions in our CRM system/database.
- Translating client needs into engaging job vacancies to attract the right talent.
- Conducting initial screenings of candidates to assess their technical skills, relevant experience, and cultural fit for the roles assigned to you by senior recruiters.
- Expanding our network of candidates in the Life Sciences industry.
- Providing feedback to and gathering feedback from candidates.
And you innovate:
- Staying up-to-date on trends in the Life Sciences industry to gain insight into talent availability, salary benchmarks and recruitment challenges.
- Sharing insights with internal teams to continuously optimize our recruitment strategy.
Requirements information
You’re the recruiter we’re dreaming of, if:
✅ You already have 1 to 2 years of experience in a recruitment agency.
✅ You have a strong affinity and interest in the Life Sciences industry.
✅ You demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn more about Life Sciences and the various roles within this industry.
✅ You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
✅ You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, HR, and/or Talent Acquisition teams.
✅ You focus on more than just hard skills, you’re looking for the perfect match considering mindset, soft skills, and company fit.
✅ Your organizational skills enable you to handle tasks efficiently and meet deadlines with ease.
✅ You enjoy working in a team environment but are also capable of working in autonomy.
✅ You are ambitious and motivated to grow into a senior recruiter role over time, with the potential to further expand our client portfolio as a business developer in the future.
