As Junior Product Manager, you will work on developing and executing marketing strategies and activities to increase profit, sales and market share of our products. You play a vital role in shaping the success of our products and achieving our business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic marketing plans that are consistent with the client's overarching strategy
- Implement operational plans in collaboration with the sales department to achieve set objectives
- Conduct market analyses to gain insight into market trends and competitive position
- Create and present effective promotional material for the Sales Department
- Active internal communication with sales managers and other departments such as medical, legal and compliance
- You continuously develop and maintain your expertise in the product, market and therapeutic domain
- Ensure that all activities comply with legal requirements and ethical standards.
Requirements information
- Scientific diploma
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative
- Experience as a Product Manager is a plus
- Trilingual: English, French and Dutch
- Proactive, critical and hands-on mentality
- Excellent communication skills, persuasive and goal oriented
- Strong organizational skills and sense of priority, also in a deadline-oriented environment
- Being able to work effectively both autonomously and in a team
- Team spirit, communication and presentation skills are essential.
