Job Description:

The role involves proof-of-concept studies for new methodology for patient recruitment and assessment

and the implementation of the new methods/designs.

Combining your previous hands-on experience in advanced clinical trials, you benefit from a

creative mindset to introduce and implement new methods/designs within cross-functional teams and

investigational sites within the guidelines of good clinical practice and applicable laws and regulations.

The CRM role in cross-functional teams involves the proactive identification, resolution/mitigation and

escalation of risks and/or issues related to the new clinical design elements, including the close

management of specialized providers, to achieve deliverables according to the time, quality/scope.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Master’s degree in life sciences.
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or related CRO industry.
  • Reside in Belgium.
  • Expertise in vendor management.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting in a clinical trial setting.
  • Knowledge and experience in working with digital tools and medical devices is an asset.
  • Knowledge on respiratory infections disease is an asset.
  • Capability/scientific curiosity/eagerness to build disease knowledge is a must.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills to cope with multi-tasking which result in a goal-oriented approach

without losing the attention to details.

  • Strong problem-solving skills while maintaining high standards of quality, ethics and compliance
  • Ability and flexibility to prioritize and to work in a matrix organization under pressure with short

timeframes for deliverables.

  • Well capable of pragmatic, analytical approach of project.
  • Good communication skills in setting clear objectives, encouraging a team to anticipate and to

refocus if necessary.
