As a Hospital Representative, you will inform and train (head)nurses and medical device specialists on the full range of wound care, ostomy and incontinence products. In this role, you are responsible for building and maintaining strong sales relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders in the ambulatory care market: hospitals, medical device specialists and distributors.
You are the key player in effectively communicating product information and benefits, and you exceed your targets by delivering excellent customer service.

✨ Key responsibilities
- You convey the company’s strategy by developing an account plan for the wound care, ostomy and incontinence product portfolio in collaboration with the product and sales manager, with the aim of driving ROI and growth.
- You develop, implement, monitor and stimulate all sales activities in the assigned territory to achieve regional sales and gross profit results and to create business opportunities.
- You visit both existing and new customers.
- You deliver sales-oriented product presentations.
- You manage product tests and samples within the allocated budget.
- You organise and/or support internal and external activities/events to ensure professional visibility.
- You provide support with tenders and contracts.
- You keep the CRM database up to date with accurate customer information.
- You act diligently and in accordance with guidelines in the event of potential complaints and/or adverse drug reactions.
