As a Hospital Sales Representative, you will play a key role in the development of laparoscopy instrument sales in the hospital environment across Wallonia, particularly within operating rooms.
Your Responsibilities :
- Visit the operating rooms of hospitals in Wallonia to conduct demonstrations and promote laparoscopy instruments.
- Initiate and execute strategic commercial actions in collaboration with Marketing and Sales Management to effectively reach key decision-makers through sales-oriented product presentations and in-depth training sessions provided by Product Managers and Application Specialists.
- Take responsibility for managing customer relationships, maintaining and developing strong connections with surgeons, operating room nurses, procurement managers, and other key stakeholders in the assigned region.
- Develop, implement, and monitor all sales activities in Wallonia to achieve regional revenue and gross margin targets while identifying business development opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the product portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Technical Support) to ensure optimal follow-up and exceptional customer service.
