Your Responsibilities

As a Hospital Representative, you will be at the forefront of building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Your role focuses on influencing and advising clients rather than direct sales by:

  • Building networks within hospitals, from sterilization departments and logistics to doctors and nurses.
  • Creating working groups to foster collaboration and innovation.
  • Organizing product demonstrations to highlight the value of the product portfolio.
  • Promoting the company's strategy by working with the product and sales manager to develop account plans aimed at driving ROI and growth.
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring all sales activities in your region to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
  • Visiting both existing and potential new customers.
  • Delivering sales-oriented product presentations.
  • Managing product trials and samples within the allocated budget.
  • Supporting tenders and contracts.
  • Keeping the CRM database updated with accurate customer information.

Requirements information

Your Profile

We’re looking for a candidate who:

  • Is organized and structured, with a focus on long-term projects.
  • Is a strong network builder.
  • Has excellent commercial and communication skills, with the ability to navigate different stakeholders.
  • Thinks out of the box: you analyze needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Can work independently as well as in a team.
  • Has experience in an operating room setting—a significant advantage.
  • Is a native French speaker with a good command of English.
