Do you have experience as a Hospital Sales Representative, Product Specialist or Nurse? Are you passionate about surgical instruments and enjoy providing technical support in the operating room?
We are looking for a driven Hospital Representative to support clients in Flanders and help expand the product portfolio for an international leader in medical devices.

Your Responsibilities :
- Build strong relationships with hospitals, including hospital pharmacies, surgeons, and nurses in your region.
- Be present in the operating room to support the surgical team during laparoscopic procedures.
- Help set up and assemble the instruments before surgery and provide technical support during the procedure.
- Give clear explanations and demonstrations of the products to hospital staff.
- Identify new sales opportunities and support hospitals with tenders and product offers.
- Work closely with your sales and product team to grow your customer base.
- Keep the CRM database up to date with accurate customer information.
Requirements information
Your profile:
- You feel at ease in a hospital environment and you are not afraid to engage directly with medical staff at all levels.
- You know how to open doors, build trust, and create lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
- Experience in the operating room is a must – you understand the dynamics, protocols, and pressure of a surgical setting.
- You have a hands-on mindset and feel comfortable providing technical support during procedures.
- Ideally, you have experience interacting with specialists in gynaecology, abdominal surgery, urology, and cardiology.
- You have a hunter mentality, are commercially driven, and enjoy identifying new opportunities in the field.
- You know how to adapt your approach depending on whether you're speaking with a surgeon, nurse, purchaser, or hospital pharmacist.
- You are organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing a region independently while keeping a close connection with your internal team.
- You are Dutch native and are fluent in English.
