The Hematology Therapeutic Area Specialist will be responsible for:
- Managing and developing relationships with hematologists across the southern territory
- Ensuring consistent and high-quality field presence within hospital centers
- Engaging in scientifically credible and specialist-level discussions with healthcare professionals
- Leveraging an existing hematology network to gain rapid access to key stakeholders and treatment centers
- Identifying local opportunities, barriers and market dynamics within the hematology ecosystem
- Contributing to the continued growth and positioning of the product within the region
- Adapting communication style and engagement strategy depending on hospital structures and stakeholder profiles
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and structured follow-up
- Managing a broad geographical territory with a high degree of autonomy and ownership
The role is field-oriented and requires someone who is comfortable spending significant time on the road while maintaining energy, consistency and relationship quality.
Candidate profile:
We are specifically looking for a senior profile with proven experience within hematology and an already established network among hematologists and hospital stakeholders.
The ideal candidate:
- already understands the realities of hematology HCP's, hematology access and hematology stakeholder management
The organization is therefore not looking for a junior profile requiring onboarding into the therapeutic area, but for someone who already operates within this hematology ecosystem today.

Experience
- Proven pharmaceutical sales experience within hematology
- Existing relationships with hematologists
