For their CAR-T therapy in lymphoma, she is launching a six-month pilot project in the Netherlands to assess the impact of a dedicated hospital representative.

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Hospital Sales Representative who can leverage an existing network of hematologists to drive awareness and referrals

🔮 Your Future Role

As a Hospital Sales Representative – Hematology, you will build and maintain strong relationships with hematologists across specialized hospitals (Hovon C & D).

You will be responsible for the scientific and commercial promotion of CAR-T therapy in lymphoma, ensuring accurate information sharing and engagement.

You will operate autonomously in the field and report directly to the Benelux Commercial Lead CAR-T.

✨ Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage hematologists treating lymphoma across the Netherlands.
  • Visit both academic and peripheral hospitals to create awareness and strengthen referral pathways.
  • Promote CAR-T therapy in a compliant, science-based manner.
  • Plan, execute, and report activities in line with defined KPIs.
  • Deliver measurable results and actionable insights within the 6-month pilot.

Requirements information

🤳 Your Professional Selfie

  • Proven network among hematologists in the Netherlands.
  • Experience in hospital sales within hematology, oncology, or biotech.
  • Entrepreneurial and highly autonomous profile.
  • Able to deliver impact from day one, without additional training.
  • Available full-time for six months (approx. 110 working days).
  • Preferably located in the South / Southwest of the Netherlands.
