Mission:

Being a digital content expert to brand marketing teams, he/she will develop best in class digital, owned digital assets. Bringing rigorous analytical measurement to digital marketing campaigns and owned asset performance measurement to enable the development of best-in-class digital consumer.

This person needs to have an entrepreneurial flair with a keen interest in keeping the business abreast of emerging trends, technologies and developments in the digital industry and sharing that knowledge and information to establish the company as a leader amongst its competitors.  

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with internal and external partners to ensure proper campaign set-up, and audit campaign setup
  • Prescribe best in class content and formatting according to the campaign objectives and delivery (Google, Facebook, YouTube…)
  • Assess performance of audience targeting approaches to inform development of an analytically driven data strategy to maximize campaign performance
  • Establish data partnerships with high-value vendors to grow data pool aligned with high value targets
  • Work hand-in-hand with brand marketing teams to translate existing consumer segmentation into a playbook of proven digital data sources to activate data-driven channels
  • Analyse data performance across campaigns and support their optimization to drive performance
  • Analyse sales and media data to connect performance of media campaigns to sales input
  • Define and rigorously measure KPIs for digital campaigns and initiatives that are linked to business goals and marketing objectives
  • Drive at high level the content requirements for website, with content architecture, Mobility requirements, UX, SEO and analytics implementation, ensuring full consumer centricity of solution.
  • Drive the implementation of web solution by partners by monitoring project progress
  • Makes sure that program is delivered while matching costs standards and timing plan standards.
  • Coach and upskill brand marketing teams, BOS and ITS in web asset development, and execution best practices to ensure best in class assets.

 

To excel in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimal Bachelor’s degree
  • Trilingual NL/FR/ENG
  • Deep understanding of digital lead generation and brand building techniques using Search, Social and Programmatic (e.g. Targeting, content and creatives for programmatic and Social, SEO and SEM)
  • Deep experience translating strategic business objectives into consumer-centric engagement tactics and proving those out
  • Strong project management skills (e.g., building & rigorously tracking work plan)
  • Deep understanding and appreciation for achievement of Business goals and marketing objectives
