As Field Service Engineer Lead – Benelux, you will hold a key leadership position, combining team management, technical expertise and customer orientation.
You will lead a team of Field Service Engineers across Belgium and the Netherlands, acting as a reference point, coach and escalation contact, while remaining close to the realities of the field.
The role offers a balance between managerial responsibilities and occasional operational involvement.

- Lead, develop and motivate a technical service team
- Ensure the quality and continuity of service activities across the Benelux region
- Provide support in complex technical or customer situations
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with hospital and laboratory clients
