Job Description:

 

To support the Customer Project team in a Medical Devices Company in Belgium, we are currently looking for a fulltime customer-focused and service/quality-oriented Administrative Business Assistant.

The Customer Project Team is a professional business partner for internal and external customers. The department mission is to connect colleagues and processes in which delivering service is essential.

 

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the administrative handling of agreements between the company and HCP’s (HealthCare Professionals).
  • Process agreements in an application designed specifically for the company
  • Support and coordinate event management
  • Partner with the Business Managers and the sales force as well as Finance and Legal and ensure a high-level of service delivery
  • Act as a Business partner of the field sales team

Must Haves:

  • Fulltime employment
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English: written and spoken
  • At least 1 year experience in a supporting role
  • Preferred location: Brussels area
  • Excellent communication skills in matrix & complex environment
  • Computer literacy (MS-Office)
  • You show strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in writing and speaking
  • You demonstrate the ability to work on projects/duties, both independently as well as in a larger team
  • Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy
  • Eager to learn and learn fast
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Strong organizational skills
