As a Customer Care Officer, you will be the first point of contact for hospitals and healthcare companies. You ensure smooth and accurate handling of customer inquiries and contribute to an efficient service process.
Your responsibilities:
✔️ Respond to customer inquiries and analyze information to provide solutions.
✔️ Ensure accurate product information, pricing requests, and order processing.
✔️ Manage the entire order process: from intake to delivery and invoicing.
✔️ Communicate clearly and customer-focused, with attention to urgency and priorities.
✔️ Seamlessly switch between operational and project-based tasks.
✔️ Collaborate closely with the Sales Team and Product Managers.
✔️ Contribute to process optimization and quality assurance.
✔️ Stay up to date with training and invest in your professional growth.
Requirements information
Your Profile:
Education & experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
- A few years of experience in a similar role.
Skills & competencies:
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication in Dutch and French, both spoken and written (English is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP.
- Ability to multitask and set priorities effectively.
- A team player with a growth mindset and a strong work ethic.
