For our client, we are recruiting a Consultant OR for the Wallonia region. In this role, you work closely with OR teams and hospitals to ensure safe, efficient and correctly applied products.

🔮 Your future role

As Consultant Operating Room, you guide hospitals through the introduction and practical use of specialized OR products. You support surgeons, OR nurses and technical teams with application guidance, workflow integration and hands-on training. You act as a trusted clinical partner and contribute to optimizing processes in the operating room.

✨ Key responsibilities

  • Introduce and support operating room supplies across hospitals in Wallonia
  • Provide demonstrations and hands-on assistance directly in the OR
  • Support OR teams with integration of products into clinical workflows
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with OR nurses, surgeons and clinical stakeholders
  • Identify needs or improvement opportunities in OR environments and translate them into practical recommendations
  • Share field insights with internal teams
  • Ensure safe, efficient and correct use of all materials

Requirements information

🤳 Your professional selfie

  • Nursing degree with operating room experience, or experience as a product specialist in clinical applications within OR environments
  • Strong interest in medical technology and operating room workflows
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with clinical teams
  • Independent, structured and solution oriented
  • Combines clinical expertise with a natural ability to advise, guide and educate
  • Fluent in French; knowledge of English is an advantage
