Your Responsibilities :
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and reaching out to new potential clients in the Benelux.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Presenting our solutions and services to convince key decision-makers.
- Promoting the image and reputation of the company by participating in trade fairs, congresses, workshops and conferences.
- Monitoring market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to effectively adapt our commercial strategies.
- Supporting the recruitment process in collaboration with our staffing team.
Requirements information
Your Profile:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a healthcare-related field experience as a pharmaceutical or medical representative is a plus.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience building strong networks in the life sciences industry.
- Result-oriented, proactive and responsible.
- You are familiar with consultative selling.
- Ambitious and energetic mindset.
- Always on the lookout for new business opportunities.
- Stress-resistant and able to multitask.
- Bilingual French/Dutch and proficiency in English.
