🔮 Your Role

As Brand Manager Flanders, you will be part of the marketing team and report to the Lead Brand Manager.

You are responsible for the growth and positioning of one or multiple brands within the Belgian market. You translate consumer insights and market data into clear strategies and concrete activation plans.

You work closely with Sales, Category Management, R&D, Supply Chain, and external agencies to maximize brand performance.

✨ Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the annual brand and growth plan
  • Analyze market and consumer data to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage and optimize the existing portfolio (core growth focus)
  • Localize and strengthen international brand assets and campaigns
  • Develop innovation, renovation, and activation plans
  • Collaborate with Sales and Category Management to support commercial objectives
  • Manage and monitor marketing budgets and KPIs
  • Brief and manage creative and media agencies
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects within the organization,

Requirements information

🤳 Your Profile

Must-haves

  • +/- 5 years of experience in marketing or brand management within the life sciences and/or the FMCG environment
  • Experience in regulated industry strongly preferred
  • Strong strategic mindset and experience in brand development
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach
  • Experience working cross-functionally
  • Strong communication skills
  • Results-driven and entrepreneurial
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
