For an international company active in specialised medical nutrition, we are looking for a Brand Manager for the Benelux region.

The organisation operates within medical nutrition and develops products for patients with specific medical needs. Within the Adult Nutrition category, the focus is on nutritional solutions used in clinical settings such as hospitals, care institutions and home care.

Within the team, a new marketing role is being created that specifically focuses on the tube feeding category, where products are used in medical and clinical environments. This category sits at the intersection of medical devices, clinical nutrition and specialised healthcare.

🔮 Your future role

As Brand Manager Benelux, you will be responsible for the marketing strategy and commercial development of the tube feeding portfolio.

You will work in a highly regulated market where marketing activities are closely aligned with medical and regulatory teams. You will develop and implement marketing initiatives targeting healthcare professionals and healthcare organisations.

You will collaborate with various internal teams such as Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Multichannel Engagement and Customer Excellence to deploy campaigns and communications.

The role combines strategic marketing with operational project coordination and requires a strong sense of autonomy and entrepreneurship.

✨ Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Strategy

  • Develop and implement the marketing strategy for the tube feeding portfolio
  • Manage product positioning and value proposition within a regulated market
  • Analyse market dynamics and competitive landscape

Campaign Management

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns targeting healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with internal teams on multichannel engagement initiatives
  • Develop marketing materials and communications in line with regulatory requirements

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory and commercial teams
  • Coordinate marketing activities across the Benelux region
  • Support initiatives targeting hospitals, healthcare institutions and pharmaceutical channels

Project Management

  • Coordinate product launches, innovations and portfolio updates
  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners

Requirements information

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or Life Sciences
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Brand Management or Product Marketing
  • Experience within medical devices, healthcare or regulated markets
  • Experience with marketing in a B2B healthcare environment is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Proactive and autonomous working style

Strong stakeholder management skills

Languages:

  • French (essential)
  • Dutch
  • English
