Our client is at the top in the field of innovative specialised foods for the dietary guidance of rare diseases. To strengthen their marketing team, they are looking for a Brand Manager. Are you a marketer in heart and soul with a passion for nutrition? Then we are looking for you!

As Brand Manager, you will have the complete ownership of a brand. You are responsible for the development and implementation strategies and executing actions to further strengthen the position on the BeNeFraLux market, which optimises profitability, market share and revenue growth.

  • You understand the market landscapes and the needs at the level of the patient, dietician, physician
  • You gather market and customer insights to respond as effectively as possible to trends and market opportunities
  • You develop and implement innovative operational plans and promotional tools aimed at achieving the objectives that drive growth and brand reputation and improve customer experience
  • You map and check budgets, forecasts and costs
  • You occasionally go in the field with the representative to feel the effect of the strategies and the marketing material.
  • You develop and maintain strong working relationships with KOLs
  • You ensure a good collaboration with advertising agencies.

Profile:

  • You have min. 2 years’ experience in pharma marketing (marketing experience in nutrition preferred)
  • You are trilingual Dutch, French and English
  • You are a strong communicator
  • You have a can-do mentality and you strive for innovative solutions
  • You are proactive with a sense of initiative.
  • You can work with a high degree of autonomy
  • You have a drive for commercial success and good analytical skills
  • You are flexible and able to adjust quickly to business priorities.
