We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for a multimedia company in the pharmaceutical industry.

Vacancy information

  • Administrative and operational support to the commercial team (account managers)
  • Coordinating responsibility in the launch of the various projects and follow-up with the internal departments (digital, IT, vidéo, editors, ...)
  • Managing quotes, purchase orders and invoicing
  • Monitoring customers and projects in the CRM system
  • Gathering information and following up projects and budgets
  • Preparing promotional material.

Requirements information

  • Bilingual: native Dutch and French written and spoken
  • Knowledge of English is a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office 
  • Strong communicator
  • Punctual and structured
  • Experience with CRM systems 
  • Commercial flair
  • Adaptability to company evolution
  • Team player
  • Mature

Offer: 25 days' leave, attractive remuneration package with car and fuel card, expense allowance, hospital insurance. You may be able to work from home for 2 days.
