We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for a multimedia company in the pharmaceutical industry.
Vacancy information
- Administrative and operational support to the commercial team (account managers)
- Coordinating responsibility in the launch of the various projects and follow-up with the internal departments (digital, IT, vidéo, editors, ...)
- Managing quotes, purchase orders and invoicing
- Monitoring customers and projects in the CRM system
- Gathering information and following up projects and budgets
- Preparing promotional material.
Requirements information
- Bilingual: native Dutch and French written and spoken
- Knowledge of English is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong communicator
- Punctual and structured
- Experience with CRM systems
- Commercial flair
- Adaptability to company evolution
- Team player
- Mature
Offer: 25 days' leave, attractive remuneration package with car and fuel card, expense allowance, hospital insurance. You may be able to work from home for 2 days.
