Novellas Healthcare is looking for an ambitious and energetic Account Manager

The primary role of the Account Manager is to identify rising business opportunities within the Life Sciences Industry and to build long-term partnerships with (potential) clients

Your mission is to plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince those potential clients to do business with Novellas.

The key responsibilities:

· Identifying and developing client/business relationships in a competitive environment
· Capitalising on existing client relationships and growing existing accounts
· Establishing relationships with new accounts, discussing with and presenting to potential clients to secure new business wins
· Assessing the needs of each particular client or assignment and responding adequately
· Client Management from line management to procurement
· Pure focus on expanding our business across our Life Sciences clients

Expertise:

1 – 2 years as a business developer within the life sciences

Or

3 – 5 years as a salesperson / account manager within the pharma / medical devices industry

 

Desired skills:

· You are passionate about Life sciences, sales and innovation
· You are a “hunter”, a go-getter… the one to uncover new business opportunities
· Strong relationship builder and stakeholder manager
· Team player with a positive and confident 'can do' attitude
· You are fluent in English, French and Dutch
· Strong commercial awareness
· Results oriented
· Entrepreneurship
· Creativity
· Taste for challenges
