Account Manager – Vital Care | Wallonia
Novellas Healthcare is looking for an Account Manager on a permanent basis, responsible for looking after the company’s Vital Care product portfolio.
You will be supporting medical devices sales within Wallonia.

Work very closely with qualified medical professionals in an office, clinical, nursing facility, acute hospital, long term acute care, or emergency medicine to ensure that the Company is meeting the specific needs of customers; Work very closely with healthcare professional in the units of hospitals and private hospitals: emergency units, intensive care units, oncology units, operating room, biomedical services, pharmacies.
Provide after-sales service and support to maintain positive customer relationships and identify other revenue growth opportunities.
Responsible for submitting a variety of reports.
Prepare a business plan.
Work in close collaboration with the Key Account Manager to prepare the tenders and in all daily operational business issues.
Prospect for new customers who will gain the greatest potential utilization and benefit from products and services.
Reports include sales updates and forecasts, weekly expense reports, monthly reports, and annual business plans.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Account Management experience in the healthcare / medical devices industry.
Fluency in French and good knowledge in English.
Result driven, entrepreneurial mind-set and capable to work independently.
Representative personality with good communication skills.
