To further develop its presence in the Netherlands, the organization is looking for an Account Manager who will focus on specialized optical solutions used by medical professionals in their daily practice.

Your future role:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing a new market by actively approaching healthcare professionals and introducing them to high-quality optical products.

This is a highly commercial role with a strong focus on prospecting and new business development. You will manage your own region, build your client base from the ground up, and act as a trusted advisor to your customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect new clients within hospitals and medical practices
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Organize product demonstrations and presentations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing
  • Identify opportunities and expand your client portfolio
  • Plan and structure your own agenda and client visits
  • Follow up on leads and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate reporting of activities and results

Requirements information

  • You have experience in a field sales or account management role
  • You are a true hunter with a strong drive to generate new business
  • Experience in healthcare or medical environment is a plus
  • You are autonomous, disciplined, and results-driven
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You enjoy being on the road and building relationships
  • You are based in the Netherlands
