Your future role:

You will play a crucial role in supporting surgical teams with the implementation and use of advanced medical devices, while also driving business growth across your region. This is a highly autonomous role where ownership and initiative are key.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand your network within cardio surgery departments across major hospitals
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with surgeons, perfusionists, and clinical stakeholders
- Support and advise medical teams on the use of specialized products in surgical settings
- Identify new business opportunities and actively prospect within your region
- Manage complex sales cycles and follow up on ongoing opportunities
- Organize and plan your own client visits and agenda
- Collaborate closely with internal teams for support and follow-up
- Ensure accurate reporting and pipeline management
