In this role, you will be the key contact for pulmonologists and a select group of general practitioners within your region. You will build lasting relationships, identify new business opportunities, and maximize the impact of our products and services.
Your key responsibilities:
- Develop and actively manage annual account plans in collaboration with Medical Science Liaison, Marketing, and Medical Affairs teams. These plans are dynamic and should be adjusted as needed based on market developments.
- Implement these plans within hospitals and other healthcare settings.
- Maintain and expand relationships with both medical and non-medical stakeholders.
- Manage and update the customer database in accordance with company policies.
- Apply segmentation principles to ensure targeted customer communication.
- Provide customers with relevant information and expertise to meet their requests and achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on therapeutic areas, product knowledge, and competitors through training and scientific meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement projects and achieve results.
- Organize scientific evenings, staff meetings, and other relevant events.
